QuantSeq libraries are intended for a high degree of multiplexing. Indices are introduced as standard external barcodes during the PCR amplification step. Up to 96 i7 indices are included in the single indexing kits (Cat. No. 015).
For streamlined Unique Dual Indexing (UDI), QuantSeq FWD is available in convenient bundles including up to 384 pre-mixed Lexogen 12 nt UDIs (Cat. No. 113.96, 114.96, 129.96, 130.96, 131.96, and 115.384).
Multiplexing QuantSeq libraries with other library types in the same sequencing lane is not recommended. For further information, please see FAQ 28.
