Due to size differences, libraries prepared with the Lexogen Small RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit (or any other small RNA library prep kit) should not be sequenced together with QuantSeq, CORALL , LUTHOR, or SENSE (SENSE) or LUTHOR libraries.
