This will depend on how many pools you process with your kit. If generating 6 or less pools, you will have sufficient PCR reagents for performing the qPCR assay and endpoint PCRs using the PCR reagents provided in the QuantSeq Pool kit.
If you are generating over more than 6 pools, you would will need to purchase the PCR Add-on Kit (Cat. No. 020) and use this for the qPCR assay.
