Yes, you vou can download our a CORALL data analysis pipeline from our secure ftp server.
Contact support@lexogen.com to obtain the download credentials.
We recommend using the free software filezilla to access our sftp.
In the folder there is a Readme file that explains the usage of the pipeline (opens with a plain text editor), the pipeline scripts and the pipeline as pre-build docker image (corallWF_v1.0.0-customer.tar.gz)Lexogen Tools Github page here:

This pipeline is compatible for use with CORALL V1 and V2 mRNA-Seq and Total RNA-Seq data.
