The QuantSeq 3‘ mRNA-Seq V2 Library Prep Kit FWD with Unique Dual Indices (12nt, Cat. No. 191 - 196) replaces the previous version of the QuantSeq 3‘ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit FWD with Unique Dual Indices (V1, Cat. No. 113 - 114.96, 129 - 131.96, and 115 .384 ).
The main difference in the QuantSeq with UDI V2, compared to V1, is the introduction of a new and improved PCR system.
In the V2 kits, the Dual PCR Mix “Dual PCR” and the Enzyme Mix “E” that were provided in the V1 kits are replaced with the PCR Mix “PM” and the PCR Enzyme Mix “PE”.
With the change in the PCR system, also a change in the PCR program was introducedAlong with the update to our PCR components, there was an update to the PCR program as shown below.
