All QuantSeq FWD and REV kits are supplied with an activation code to access Lexogen solutions for QuantSeq data analysis.
In the new QuantSeq packaging system, activation codes can be found on a label located on the cardboard above the microtube holder (Figure 1; or one of the holders, if the kit contains more than one). The microtube holder/s can be found inside the Library Generation Module box (stored at -20 °C).

In the previous packaging system of the QuantSeq FWD V1 (Cat. No. 015) and QuantSeq REV (Cat. No. 016) kits, the activation codes are were printed on a sticker that is was attached to the side of the small reagent box, (stored at -20 °C) which comes came inside the main QuantSeq Kit box (see Figure 2).
In the QuantSeq with UDI V2 kits (Cat. No. 191 - 196), activation codes can be found on a label located on the cardboard above the microtube holder (or one of the holders, if the kit contains more than one).In the first version of these kits (previous packaging system of the QuantSeq FWD with UDI V1 kits ; (Cat. No. 113 – 115, and 129 – 131), the activation code can could be found on a card inside the Library Generation Module reagent box.

Activation codes for additional runs can be purchased from Lexogen (Cat. No. 209 and 210) by contacting the sales team at sales@lexogen.com. For further questions, please contact support@lexogen.com.

ATTENTION! The input file size is limited to 1.5 GB per fastq(.gz) file.
