For the library reamplification, the Reamplification primer Mix “RE” replaces the i7 reamplification Primer “i7-RE” includeed included in the V1 kit.
NOTE: With the updated PCR system, a new PCR program has also been implemented. Please refer to the UserGuide p6 for the qPCR assay and p12 for the library reamplification for specific details.
IMPORTANT: The new PCR Add-on and Reamplification kit V2 is not recommended for qPCR with older kit version of QuantSeq and CORALL products. When using libraries prepared with previous versions of QuantSeq and CORALL library prep kits, please refer to the PCR Add-on kit (Cat.No.020) for qPCR assay or endpoint PCR.
