LUTHOR HD uses a proprietary technology to generate libraries that may present with varying shape and size distributions. Library shape and average size may vary depending on the the type of input sample (e.g., degraded, and/or low quality RNA produces produces shorter library inserts than high quality RNA). The majority of inserts are greater than 100bp in size, corresponding to final library fragment sizes ≥ 300bp.
