As of January 2023 the Data Analysis Pipelines for QuantSeq on the BlueBee® Genomics Platform have been discontinued.
To ensure the continuity of your data analysis, Lexogen is developing a proprietary bioinformatics Data Analysis platform which will be available soon. Until the launch of this platform, we will analyze your data using our in-house pipelines (on which BlueBee® data analysis is based). This will be Customers can analyze their QuantSeq-REV V2 data with Lexogen’s web-based interactive platform, Kangooroo. Data analysis is free of charge for customers with valid activation codes.
