Please let us know if you have a preferred sequencing format (single-read (SR) or paired-end (PE)), or required sequencing depth. Unless specified otherwise, the libraries are sequenced in single-read (SR) mode using the high output 75 cycle cartridge (NextSeq 500). Sequencing depth depends on library type and project requirements and will be discussed prior to before sample submission.
