The CORALL Total RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit is used for total RNA inputs, or after ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depletion. We recommend the Lexogen RiboCop Kits for rRNA depletion. RiboCop is available for Human/Mouse/Rat (HMR), HMR+Globin, and Bacteria (Gram positive, Gram negative, and species-universal options), Yeast, Plant, and Fish.
