All QuantSeq FWD and REV kits are supplied with an activation code to access Lexogen solutions for QuantSeq data analysis.

 

In FWD (Cat. No. 015) and REV (Cat. No. 016) kits, the activation codes are printed on a sticker that is attached to the side of the small reagent box, (stored at -20 °C) which comes inside the main QuantSeq Kit box (see Figure)a code for free data analysis. Please see our Data Analysis FAQs for more information on platform availability.

In the QuantSeq with UDI V2 kits (Cat. No. 191 - 196), activation codes new QuantSeq packaging system, a code can be found on a label located on the cardboard above the microtube holder (Figure 1; or one of the holders, if the kit contains more than one). In the first version of these kits (QuantSeq FWD with UDI V1 kits; Cat. No. 113 – 115, and 129 – 131), the activation code The microtube holder/s can be found on a card inside the Library Generation Module reagent box (stored at -20 °C).
