For streamlined Unique Dual Indexing (UDI), QuantSeq FWD is available in convenient bundles including up to 384 Lexogen 12 nt UDIs (Cat. No. 113.96, 114.96, 129.96, 130.96, 131.96, and 115.384).
Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs are also available in Add-on kits (Cat. No. 107 – 111.96 and 120.384) for use with the QuantSeq FWD, REV, and Flex Library Prep Kits are compatible with Lexogen’s UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing V2 Add-on Kits (Cat. No. 198 - 203). Please note that QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 015) or QuantSeq 191 - 196) and REV (Cat. No. 016) kits. These Add-on kits can also be used with other vendor’s library prep kits.The Lexogen i5 6 nt Dual Indexing Add-on kits (Cat. No. 047) can also be used with the QuantSeq FWD and REV kits. Kits are available with either 4 (Cat. No. 047.4) or 96 (Cat. No. 047.96) different 6 nt i5 indices225) V2 Kits include 12 nt UDIs.

The PCR reagents included in the QuantSeq-Pool Library Prep Kit (i.e., PCR Mix and PCR Enzyme Mix) are compatible with Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs and do not need to be replaced by the PCR reagents included in the UDI Add-on Kits.
