QuantSeq libraries are intended for a high degree of multiplexing. Indices are introduced as standard external barcodes during the Endpoint PCR amplification.
Up to 96 6 nt i7 indices are included in the single indexing kits (Cat. No.s 015, 016). For dual indexing there are 96 available 6 nt indices. The Lexogen i5 6 nt Dual Indexing Add-on Kits are required for 6 nt dual indexing.

No. 113.96, 114.96, 129.96, 130.96, 131.96, and 115.384191 -196) and QuantSeq REV (Cat. No. 225).
Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs are also available as stand-alone Add-on Kits (indices and PCR reagents) , or Index Sets (indices only) for use with QuantSeq REV, QuantSeq-Flex, and QuantSeq-Pool library prep kits.
