For libraries including UMIs such as QuantSeq-FWD with UMIs, QuantSeq FFPE, CORALL and LUTHOR HD, the read header of MGI FASTQ files must be first converted to Illumina format. To do so, you can use our MGI read converter tool available on our Github webpage.
