For streamlined Unique Dual Indexing (UDI), QuantSeq FWD is available in convenient bundles including up to 384 Lexogen 12 nt UDIs (Cat. No. 113.96, 114.96, 129.96, 130.96, 131.96, and 115.384).
Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs are also available in Add-on kits (Cat. No. 107 – 111.96 and 120.384) for use with the QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 015) or QuantSeq REV (Cat. No. 016) kits. These Add-on kits can also be used with other vendor’s library prep kits.
The Lexogen i5 6 nt Dual Indexing Add-on kits (Cat. No. 047) can also be used with the QuantSeq FWD and REV kits. Kits are available with either 4 (Cat. No. 047.4) or 96 (Cat. No. 047.96) different 6 nt i5 indices.
