The QuantSeq 3' mRNA-Seq REV kit is appropriate for use on NextSeq 500 / 550, HiSeq 2000 / 2500 / 3000 / 4000, HiSeq 3000, HiSeq 4000, GAIIX, and MiSeq.
QuantSeq REV libraries should also be compatible with the iSeq 100, MiniSeq, NextSeq 2000 and NovaSeq 6000 platforms, providing custom sequencing primer use is supported. However, we do not have direct experience with all of these platforms as of yet. Please enquire at support@lexogen.com for updates.
ATTENTION! On all instruments the Custom Sequencing Primer Version 5 (CSPV5), must be used for Read 1 sequencing. The CSPV5 is supplied in Kits produced from 2019 onwards.
Please follow the Illumina guidelines for Custom Sequencing Primer use and loading amounts for QuantSeq REV libraries, unless otherwise indicated in: Do you have recommended loading concentrations for Lexogen libraries on Illumina sequencing instruments? . In general we recommend loading QuantSeq REV libraries at the higher range of Illumina-provided specifications.
NOTE: The former CSP Version 2 is not compatible with the NextSeq instruments. Please check the label on the tube for the CSP version number prior to preparing your sequencing run.
