The QuantSeq FWD kit is a library preparation protocol designed to generate sequences close to the 3' end of polyadenylated transcripts. The kit produces Illumina-compatible libraries in approximately 4.5 hours and is also compatible with an input range of 1 - 500 ng of total RNA, and also works well with degraded and FFPE RNA samples.
