The new PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 (Cat. No. 208) contains a new and improved PCR system.
In the V2 Kit, the PCR Mix “PM” and the PCR enzyme Mix “PE” replace the PCR Mix “PCR” and the Enzyme Mix “E” provided with the PCR Add-on Kit.
For the qPCR assay Additionally, both primers used for qPCR (“P7” and “P5”) are now provided separately, allowing for a universal use of the kit.
For the library reamplification, the V2 Reamplification primer Mix “RE” replaces the i7 reamplification Primer “i7-RE” included in the V1 Kit.
NOTE: With the updated PCR system, a new PCR program has also been implemented. Please refer to the UserGuide p6 for the qPCR assay and p12 for the library reamplification for specific details.
IMPORTANT: For the qPCR assay, the new PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 is not recommended for qPCR assays in combination with older versions (V1) of QuantSeq (Cat. No. 015, 016, 113 - 115, 129 - 131) and CORALL (see table below)(Cat. No. 095, 116 - 119, 123 - 134). When using libraries prepared with previous versions, please refer to the PCR Add-on Kit (Cat.No.020).
Compatibility of the PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 (Cat. No. 208) with QuantSeq and CORALL V1 and V2.
