All the result files can be downloaded from:
The ´´File Library´´ page - Result Files widget .
The ´´Project´´ page under the ´´Pipeline run(s)´´ table (by clicking on the icon ´´Show results´´
icon- can we insert the icon here?).The ´´DE Analysis´´ page (only for the download of PCA, MA and Volcano plots).
You can choose to download your data as a bundle in the form of “results_bundle.tar” archive file (all of your result files will be downloaded simultaneously) or you can also select and download individual files separately.
The result files can be directly downloaded on your computer or Google Bucket.
To download your files on your computer, click on the icon ´´Ddownload to PC´´ .
To download your files to your bucket, click on the icon ´´Ddownload to Google Bbucket´´.
ATTENTION! Your data are stored for a period of 4 weeks. Please, download your results as soon as the data analysis has finished. After data deletion, Nno backup or data retrieval will be possible after data deletion.
ATTENTION! The download of the data is only limited to the result files. To download aligned .bam files and/or trimmed .fastq files, additional quotas need to be purchased. For more information please see the following FAQ: What does my vaucher code cover?
