The input file size is limited to 1.5GB/file for the runs included in the free voucher codes provided with each QuantSeq purchased kit. Codes for larger input sizes (i.e., 3GB and 6GB) can be purchased separately at sales@lexgen.com. The respective size limit for these codes also applies for the data analysis.
