PCR Add-on Kit for Illumina

The PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 (Cat. No. 208) contains a PCR Mix (PM), non-indexed Illumina P5 and P7 primers (P5 and P7), for qPCR endpoint determinations, a Reamplification Primer mix (RE) for reamplification of undercycled indexed libraries (outer nested primers) as well as PCR Enzyme Mix (PE).

The kit can be used for two purposes:

• The qPCR Assay for QuantSeq V2, QuantSeq-Pool, LUTHOR HD, and CORALL V2 RNA-Seq Kits.

• Reamplification of all QuantSeq, QuantSeq-Pool, LUTHOR, CORALL, and Small RNA RNA-Seq Kits for Illumina.

NOTE: This kit is not compatible with TeloPrime.

NOTE: This kit is not recommended for qPCR assays with older versions of QuantSeq (V1) and CORALL (V1).
