Provided that the recommended partial adapter sequences are included on target-specific primers, Lexogen’s 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Add-on Kits (UDIs) or i5 6 nt Dual Indexing Add-on Kits can be used for dual indexing QuantSeq-Flex libraries.
