Can I buy the Elution Buffer (EB) separately?

The Elution Buffer (EB) is included in all library preparation kits, as well as the Purification Module (Cat. No. 022) and RiboCop rRNA Depletion Kits (Cat. No. 125-127, 144-145, 190, 237).

The Elution Buffer is not sold separately.

If required EB can be substituted by a solution of 10 mM TRIS, pH 8.0.
