The Reamplification Add-on Kit (for Illumina; Cat. No. 080.96) can be used to reamplify dual-indexed (i5 and i7) libraries that are undercycled, or where yields are insufficient for pooling and sequencing.
This kit can also be used with single-indexed (i7 only) libraries and libraries prepared with the small RNA-Seq Library prep kit.
