QuantSeq REV

The QuantSeq REV kit is a library preparation protocol that can pinoint the 3' transcript end site and is ideal for alternative polyadenylation and 3' UTR expression profiling studies. The kit produces Illumina-compatible libraries in approximately 4.5 hours and accepts an input range of 10 - 500 ng of total RNA. QuantSeq REV also works well with degraded and FFPE RNA samples.
