The new PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 is compatible with libraries generated with the following products for:

The qPCR assay:

• QuantSeq V2 library prep kit with UDI (Cat. No. 191 - 196)

• QuantSeq-Pool library prep kit (Cat. No. 139)

• CORALL RNA-Seq V2 library prep kit (Cat. No. 171 - 186)

The Library reamplification:

• All version of QuantSeq 3´mRNA seq library prep kits (all versions)

• QuantSeq-Pool library prep kit

• All versions of All CORALL library prep kits (all versions)

• LUTHOR library prep kit

• Small RNA-Seq library prep kit

This kit is not compatible with:

• TeloPrime (Cat. No. 013)

This kit is not recommended for qPCR assays with older versions of QuantSeq (Cat. No. 015, 016, 113 - 115, 129 - 131) and CORALL (Cat. No. 095, 116 - 119, 123 - 134).
