For streamlined Unique Dual Indexing (UDI), QuantSeq FWD is available in convenient bundles including up to 384 Lexogen 12 nt UDIs (Cat. No. 113.96, 114.96, 129.96, 130.96, 131.96, and 115.384).
Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs are also available in Add-on kits (Cat. No. 107 – 111.96 and 120.384) for use with other vendor’s library prep kits.
To upgrade single indexed QuantSeq REV (Cat. No. 016) library preps to dual indexing, the Lexogen i5 6 nt Dual Indexing Add-on kits (Cat. No. 047) can be used.
