All the result files can be downloaded from:
The File Library page - Result Files widget .
The Project page under the Pipeline run table (icon Show results).
The DE Analysis page (only for the PCA, MA and Volcano plots).
You can choose to download your data as a bundle “results_bundle.tar” (all files will be downloaded) or you can also select and download individual files separately.
The result files can be directly downloaded on your computer or Google Bucket.
To download your files on your computer, click on the icon download to PC .
To download your files to your bucket, click on the icon download to Google bucket.
ATTENTION! Your data are stored for a period of 4 weeks. Please, download your results as soon as the data analysis has finished. After data deletion, no backup or data retrieval will be possible.
ATTENTION! The download of the data is only limited to the result files. To download aligned .bam files and/or trimmed .fastq files, additional quotas need to be purchased. For more information please see the following FAQ: What does my vaucher code cover?
