CORALL libraries can be sequenced in either single-read (SR) or paired-end (PE) mode. For ]libraries generated with RTM, we recommend SR50 - 150 and PE50 - 75. For libraries generated with LTM, we recommend SR150 and PE100 - 150.
The choice of sequencing format may also depend on the particular application.
