Please, note that from January 2023, only the CORALL pipeline will still be available on the BlueBee® Genomics Platform, and only until March 31, 2023.
To ensure the continuity of your data analysis, Lexogen is developing a proprietary bioinformatics Data Analysis platform which will be available soon. Until the lunch of this platform, we will analyze your QuantSeq and SLAMdunk data using our in-house pipelines (on which BlueBee® data analysis is based).
