Yes, the i5 Dual Indexing Add-on Kits can be used for dual indexing of QuantSeq-Flex libraries. When designing targeted primers for QuantSeq-Flex, the partial P5 and P7 adapter sequences need to be included to enable library amplification using the i5 and i7 index primers.
