The CORALL for Blood Whole Transcriptome RNA-Seq bundle enables fast and cost-efficient generation of stranded, UMI-labelled, and unique dual indexed libraries with adjustable insert size. The bundle includes RiboCop HMR+Globin for simultaneous rRNA and Globin mRNA depletion and CORALL Total RNA-Seq V2 for library preparation (Cat. No. 185 - 186). For mRNA sequencing from whole blood samples, the workflow is compatible with Lexogen’s Poly(A) RNA Selection Kit, which is available separately (Cat. No. 157).
