QuantSeq FWD, REV, Flex, and Pool Library Prep Kits are compatible with the following Lexogen Indexing Solutions:

  • Lexogen 12 nt Unique Dual Indices (UDIs) : Cat. No. 107 – 111 and 120.

  • Lexogen 6 nt i5 Indices : Cat. No. 047.

All QuantSeq FWD and REV kits or UDI bundles include indices.
