How can I get updates on the project status?

We will inform you via email once your samples have arrived to us safely. If something unexpected happens (e.g., QC failed for some samples), you will be notified. After project completion, you will receive an email with instructions for data download and, if data analysis was part of your project, the data analysis report via email.
