What sequencing platforms is Lexogen using for RNA-Seq?

We sequence routinely on the Illumina NextSeq 2000 and Element Biosciences AVITI instruments, and have access to the NovaSeq X platform for high-throughput projects. The read mode and read depth will be adjusted according to the library type and project requirements.
