QuantSeq FWD, REV, Flex, and Pool Library Prep Kits are compatible with the following Lexogen Dual Indexing Solutions:

  • Lexogen 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Add-on Kits (UDIs) : Cat. No. 107 – 111 and 120.

  • Lexogen 6 nt i5 Dual Indexing Add-on Kits : Cat. No. 047.

All QuantSeq FWD and REV kits or UDI bundles include indices.
