The new PCR Add-on and Reamplification kit V2 (Cat. No. 208) combines both the qPCR assay and the library reamplification for single or dual indexed Illumina libraries.
This kit can be used to perform:
qPCR assays with QuantSeq V2, QuantSeq-Pool, LUTHOR and CORALL V2 library protocol
Reamplification of all Lexogen libraries
IMPORTANT: For qPCR assays for libraries prepared with previous versions of QuantSeq (Cat.No.015, 016, 113-115, 129-131) and CORALL (Cat.No.095, 116-119, 123-134), please refer to the PCR Add-on kit (Cat.No.020).
