This kit is compatible with library preps using Illumina adapters. This kit can be used universally for reamplification of all Illumina libraries.
The reamplification reagents (PM, PE, RE) can be used to re-amplify any library containing Illumina full-length adapters, including Illumina libraries from third party vendors.
For sequencing with instruments using different adapters, it is possible to exchange the RE primers with customer- supplied primers .
