This kit is compatible with library preps using Illumina adapters.
The PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 can be used universally for reamplification of libraries containing Illumina full-length adapters, including Illumina libraries from third party vendors.
When sequencing libraries on instruments using non-Illumina adapters, exchanging the provided RE reagent with customer-supplied primers could adapt the kit for use on other sequencers. NOTE: Lexogen assumes no guarantees for protocol deviations and/or when kit components are altered.
