The Small RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit is appropriate for sequencing on Illumina platforms (HiSeq2000, HiSeq3000, HiSeq4000, NextSeq 500 / 550, NextSeq 2000, NovaSeq 6000, MiSeq, MiniSeq, and GAIIX).
The libraries are compatible with standard Illumina sequencing primers fpr TruSeq Small RNA and no custom sequencing primers are required.
