ATTENTION! Heavily degraded samples that can be processed are still extremely variable. Our services team apply all possible Quality Control and protocol modifications to produce the best possible results with submitted samples. However, please be aware that library prep and data quality cannot always be predicted, nor guaranteed on the basis of RNA quality measurements. This is especially true for FFPE samples due to the presence of RNA modifications that may affect the accessibility of the RNA for library generation.
