Do I need to purchase any extra reagents to perform the extraction?

Acidic phenol, chloroform, ethanol, and isopropanol must be supplied by the user. We recommend purchasing the phenol solution pH 4.3 at Sigma-Aldrich (P4682-100ML). For the complete list of user-supplied Consumables and Equipment, please consult the SPLIT User Guide.
