Can UMIs be included in QuantSeq-REV V2 libraries?

Although the UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 081) is NOT compatible with QuantSeq REV Kits, it is possible to incorporate UMIs during first strand synthesis by designing a custom first strand synthesis primer for QuantSeq-REV V2 Kits.
