What are the differences between CORALL Total V2 and CORALL FFPE? Are the results comparable?

The differences between CORALL Total V2 and CORALL FFPE are:
CORALL FFPE contains only RTM chemistry, whereas CORALL Total V2 contains both RTL and RTM chemistries.
CORALL FFPE provides guidance on performing optional gDNA removal step with Lexogen’s DNA Removal Add-on Module (Cat. No. 235).
CORALL FFPE Kits are internally validated with FFPE material.
The data generated between CORALL Total V2 and CORALL FFPE, when using RTM chemistry, are identical.
