Is RNA/DNA Defender compatible with Lexogen products?

Yes. The RNA/DNA Defender Solution has been tested in-house and is compatible with our SPLIT RNA Extraction Kit. The Solution should also be compatible with other standard RNA and DNA extractions methods e.g., column-based, phenol, etc. RNA/DNA Defender Solution was also validated for compatibility with Lexogen’s NGS library prep kits.

However, the RNA/DNA Defender Solution is not compatible with our TraPR small RNA Isolation kit.
