Lexogen’s Spike-In RNA Variant Controls (SIRVs) are synthetic, unique RNA transcripts, spanning a size range of 191 bp - 12 kb, which serve as controls for RNA-sequencing experiments. SIRVs are available in 4 different SIRV-Sets and model isoform complexity as well as concentration dynamic range.
