CORALL mRNA-Seq Kits (Cat. No. 177 – 182) include the Poly(A) RNA Selection Kit and are suitable for all species that produce polyadenylated mRNAs. These kits can also be used for library preparation of samples that are previously polyadenylated.
The Poly(A) RNA Selection Kit (Cat. No. 157) can also be purchased separately.

CORALL Total RNA-Seq Kits (Cat. No. 171 – 176) can be used downstream of most general ribosomal RNA depletion, or poly(A) RNA selection procedures.
For ribosomal RNA depletion prior to CORALL Total RNA-Seq, RiboCop kits are available for human, mouse, rat (Cat. No. 144, or Cat. No. 145 including globin depletion) as well as bacteria (Cat. No. 125 – 127).
CORALL Total RNA-Seq Kit bundles that include RiboCop RNA depletion for human / mouse / rat are also available (Cat. No. 183 – 186). For further information please check out the RiboCop FAQs.

We recommend the use of Lexogen's 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Solutions (UDIs) for all CORALL RNA-Seq Libraries. For more information please see the 12 nt UDI Product Page, or check the respective 12 nt UDI FAQs here.
If you have further questions about species or protocol compatibility, please contact technical support.
