Which Dual Indexing Kits are compatible with QuantSeq?

QuantSeq FWD, REV, and Flex Library Prep Kits are compatible with Lexogen’s UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing V2 Add-on Kits (Cat. No. 198 - 203). Please note that QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 191 - 196) and REV (Cat. No. 225) V2 Kits include 12 nt UDIs.

ATTENTION! To incorporate UDIs in QuantSeq-Pool libraries, only the UDI plate is required:

• Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Sets: Cat. No. 101 - 105 and 156

The PCR reagents included in the QuantSeq-Pool Library Prep Kit (i.e., PCR Mix and PCR Enzyme Mix) are compatible with Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs and do not need to be replaced by the PCR reagents included in the UDI Add-on Kits.
