What level of multiplexing can be provided with QuantSeq? What barcoding (indexing) system do you use?

QuantSeq libraries are intended for a high degree of multiplexing. Indices are introduced as standard external barcodes during the Endpoint PCR amplification. For convince, our QuantSeq Kits are available with up to 384 Unique Dual Indexing (UDIs): QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 191 -196) and QuantSeq REV (Cat. No. 225).

Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs are also available as stand-alone Add-on Kits (indices and PCR reagents) or Index Sets (indices only).
